Terms & Conditions

MVP Virtual Assisting, LLC – Payment Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 6/26/2025

1. Payment Authorization

By completing this transaction, you authorize MVP Virtual Assisting, LLC to charge your provided payment method for the amount indicated. This may include one-time payments, deposits, or recurring service fees as agreed upon in your Client Services Agreement.

2. Non-Refundable Services

All payments made to MVP Virtual Assisting, LLC are final and non-refundable. Due to the customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused hours, early termination, or changes in business needs.

3. Late Payments & Service Suspension

Payments not received by the stated due date may result in service delays, suspension, or cancellation. Access to services will resume once all outstanding balances are paid in full. Late payments may be subject to administrative fees at the Company’s discretion.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide written notice via email to assistant@mvpvirtualassisting.com at least 7 to 14 days prior to canceling any ongoing service agreement. All payments due up to the cancellation date must be paid in full.

5. Secure Transactions

All payments are processed through encrypted, third-party payment platforms. MVP Virtual Assisting, LLC does not store full credit card information and adheres to industry-standard security protocols.

6. Agreement to Terms

By making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full, as well as any corresponding service agreement provided by MVP Virtual Assisting, LLC.
