Refund Policy

At MVP Virtual Assisting, we take pride in delivering high-quality, U.S.-based virtual assistant services with professionalism and care. Because our services are time-based and customized to each client’s needs, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun or hours have been reserved. This ensures that we can honor time commitments and staffing allocated to your project.

2. Prepaid Retainers & Hourly Packages

- Clients who purchase retainer packages or hourly support blocks are securing dedicated availability on our calendar.

- No refunds will be issued for unused hours; however, hours may be rescheduled within the active term of your package, based on availability.

- If you need to pause services, please notify us in writing. We may offer to roll over unused time at our discretion for a one-time extension (case-by-case basis, max 30 days).

3. Refund Eligibility (Before Service Begins)

- If you have paid for a service but wish to cancel before any work has started, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment.

- After 48 hours or once any portion of the service has commenced, no refund will be issued.

4. Service Dissatisfaction

- If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us within 3 business days of service delivery to discuss your concerns. We will make every reasonable effort to correct or adjust the work where possible.

- Refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at our sole discretion as a goodwill gesture.

5. Digital Products or Resources (If Applicable)

- All sales of digital downloads, templates, or resource guides are final and non-refundable.

6. Policy Updates

MVP Virtual Assisting reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
