Service Description

This consultation is designed to walk you through the details of the Bronze Retainer. We’ll review your immediate priorities, clarify expectations, and outline the onboarding process. This package is ideal for clients looking for foundational, consistent support with flexibility. You’ll speak directly with a dedicated assistant to ensure a seamless start to your services.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation All sessions are subject to manual approval. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. No services will begin until the Client Services Agreement is signed and payment is received. Agreement Required All clients must sign the MVP Client Services Agreement before any services are provided. This ensures we are aligned on scope, responsibilities, and expectations. Payment Terms Payment is due in advance of all services, as outlined in your selected package or hourly rate. Late payments may incur a $25 fee after 7 days. No services will begin until payment is confirmed. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be deducted from your package balance. No refunds are issued for used or committed hours. Session Use Retainer sessions are tracked and logged. Unused hours may roll over for up to 30 days, at the discretion of MVP Virtual Assisting, but do not accumulate month-to-month unless stated otherwise in writing. Termination This service is offered month-to-month. Either party may terminate with 7 days’ written notice. No refunds are given for hours already used or reserved during the billing cycle. Client Expectations Clients are expected to provide timely communication, clarity of task instructions, and access to necessary tools or platforms. Delays due to missing input are not MVP Virtual Assisting’s responsibility.
